Under the terms of the Covenants (CC&Rs), the Regent Park Community Owner’s Association (RPCOA) is governed by a
volunteer Board of Directors, elected by the membership for staggered three-year term periods. The elections are held at the community’s annual meeting (held in April or May of each year).
The current Board is made up of:
The CC&Rs also provide for the creation of an Architectural Review Board (ARB). The goal of the ARB is to keep the appearance of Regent Park consistent throughout the community and to ensure compliance with the Architectural Guidelines as set forth in the ARB Guidelines and the Regent Park CC&Rs. The ARB is responsible to approve all fences, pools, storage sheds, home additions and front-yard landscaping plans in advance of any work being started. It is the goal of the ARB to review all Applications within thirty (30) calendar days of submission; however, the lack of a timely review does not imply approval by the ARB. The Applicant must receive a letter from the RPCOA or its agent stating the Application is approved before any work on a project may begin. All requests should be sent to the ARB in care of William Douglas Management by using the required Application Form which is incorporated into the Guidelines and which is available on the website.
Day to day operations of the RPCOA are overseen and conducted by our property manager, Nicole Lennon of
