Homeowner Dues
All residents of Regent Park are required to pay homeowner’s dues. For 2023 the current annual amount of the community owner’s dues is $724.50. These dues cover the maintenance of the private roads and common areas, as well as the up-keep of the pool, playground and tennis courts within Regent Park.
The CC&Rs dictate that homeowner dues are due in full annually on due January 1st of each calendar year.
Requests for payment arrangement exceptions should be submitted directly to William Douglas for
consideration. Any payment plan approved requires timely payments following the payment plan and in all
cases the annual dues must be paid in full by October 15th. Any delinquent or missed payments on a payment plan will result in the payment plan being cancelled and the entire remaining balance being due and payable in full within 10 days of the missed payment.
Residents on formal written and approved payment plans are considered to be current for the purposes of
using the amenities. Owners who are delinquent on their homeowner’s dues lose their voting privileges and
are restricted from using any of the neighborhood amenities until the dues are brought current.
Delinquent homeowners may also be subject to legal action up to and including foreclosure of their property if dues are not paid. All legal fees associated with the collection of delinquent dues will be paid by the homeowner.
Sub-association Dues
Five of the neighborhoods are also members of sub-associations and are subjected to a secondary set of homeowner’s dues on their properties. The amounts of these secondary dues vary by neighborhood and these sub-associations are managed by a number of property management firms.

Disclosure of Homeowner dues is the responsibility of the Seller (homeowner, builder or developer).
If the property is being sold the Seller must disclose any and all dues owed at point of sale, including dues for individual neighbor associations, Regent Park COA and Capitol contributions. Seller of property may be held liable for any outstanding dues on property
